FuTURA was created to address the growing need for future-ready human competencies increasingly valued across higher education, workplaces, entrepreneurship, and modern careers. As AI and automation reshape industries, success increasingly depends on skills beyond academic knowledge, including critical thinking, problem solving, communication, collaboration, and emotional regulation. FUTURA aims to benchmark and recognise these essential human-centric competencies for a rapidly evolving world.

FuTURA is open to

• Final-year undergraduate students who are doing a 4-year degree programme
• Postgraduate students
• Early-career professionals

FuTURA helps participants:

• benchmark future-ready skills nationally,

Participants will receive:

• A detailed score report with your future skills profile
• National percentile and benchmarking indicators overall and within their stream
• Skill- and domain-wise benchmarking insights
• A participation certificate (based on performance)
• Trophies and Cash Awards (based on performance)
• Invitation to participate in the National Conclave (based on performance)

FuTURA is not a syllabus-based academic Olympiad focused on subject memorisation or rote learning. Hence, no advance preparation is required as FuTURA assessment focuses on real-world thinking, reasoning, judgment, and future-ready competencies. Participants are encouraged to approach the assessment with curiosity, awareness, and problem-solving orientation.

Institutions can register directly through the FUTURA Olympiad website.  Once submitted, our institutional relations team will reach out within 24-48 hours to complete the verification.

Individual students are encouraged to check with their college placement or career services office to confirm whether their institution is participating.

You can take the Olympiad from the comfort of your home.

Participants will require:

• A stable internet connection
• A laptop or desktop (recommended)
• Updated browser versions (Chrome or Mozilla Firefox)
• A webcam and a microphone enabled in your device
• A quiet room where you can take the test alone
• A government recognised photo ID at the time of the test
